The program

Everything you need to know.

Practical training

Mostly hands-on, at an authorised training center in Romania. You finish with an official ANC certificate and a Europass supplement.

Student requirements

A2-level English, age 21 to 45, and a minimum of 8 or 10 years of schooling depending on the trade (8 years = 2nd year of middle school, 10 years = 2nd year of high school).

Sessions and groups

A session is confirmed once there is a group of 10 students, the minimum to start.

After the training

Job placement assistance is included, according to the law, for students with a final grade of at least 40 out of 100. It is assistance only: no job, visa or work permit is guaranteed.

Trades in demand

Trades Reported in Shortage.

In the European Labour Authority’s EURES report for 2024, 29 European countries reported which occupations they find hard to fill. Four of our trades are on its list of the most widespread shortage occupations.

A shortage in a country does not mean a job for every graduate. Demand differs by country, region and employer, and work authorisation depends on each country’s rules. The other trades have no comparable Europe-wide figure, so none is shown.
